The 2023 Bolts Brew Fest Beer Guide

For decades at Amalie Arena, beer has ceded the spotlight to the stars out on the ice. A mere accessory, albeit an important one, to the game we've grown to love throughout Tampa Bay. Seldom does the horn blow and "Goons" play upon a Bolts fan purchasing a cold one.

And yet, one could argue there's more lagers present than people when it comes to throwing consecutive boat parades. No one's ever chugged cranberry juice out of the Stanley Cup. Players even credit the Bolts' 2019 turnaround in team chemistry to a jetlagged round of suds in Sweden.

Still, the humble beer persists.

That's why for the sixth straight year, the Tampa Bay Lightning are giving beer its well-deserved night to shine at Bolts Brew Fest. A most celebrated evening in which beers from around the world team up at Amalie Arena to say, "Not tonight, Steven Stamkos."

This year's fest is going down Friday, August 11 throughout the concourse and event floor of the arena, where you can sample your way around hundreds of beer options from more than 50 local, national and international breweries.
