We are looking to add an Afternoon Shift Lead Cellarperson and Production Operator to our growing Beverage team. The ideal candidate has a passion for cider, strong communication skills, attention to fine details, a sence of process flow awareness, and has the drive to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding industry.

The Afternoon Shift Lead Cellarperson and Production Operator (CPO) reports to the Sr. Beverage Manager and is responsible for ensuring the afternoon CPO team completes all assigned tasks to standard in the beverage production facility's designated area of operation, specifically shutdown and sanitation, and ensuring success for the next shift. They will work closely with all essential stakeholders to drive success in standards, efficiency, and problem-solving, and foster a fun work environment, resulting in team success. The Afternoon Shift Lead CPO will demonstrate strong leadership skills nested within Schilling's Mission, Vision, and Values, earn trust quickly, and hold themselves and the team accountable to Schilling's policies and procedures. This role is critical in supporting the overall success of the beverage production facility and emphasizes teamwork and collaboration to achieve team goals.

The afternoon shift timeframe is typically from 11:00am to 7:30pm. There is slight variability in this shift based on the production demands of the day.

Schilling Cider was founded in a garage in 2012. And while the glycol chiller that we run today couldn't even fit in that garage, the same spirit for making bold, flavor forward ciders and always figuring out how to do it better lives on today. Schilling Cider is the second largest cider producer in the US thanks to the team of people who work across the company. That growth has been enabled with the installation of a high-speed canning line capable of 1,200cpm. We're looking to add team members to help care for our equipment and improve processes.
